BenBen is back with a splash, releasing the anticipated single “Leaky Ship”. With a unique sound, BenBen seamlessly blends elements of classical music, fantasy, and rock to create a truly distinct auditory experience. He teamed up with Lily Desmond on this new release. Inspired by the beauty found amidst chaos, “Leaky Ship” is a powerful ode to resilience and compassion. With lyrics that urge listeners to find hope even in the face of adversity, BenBen delivers a message of empathy and understanding, reminding us to extend kindness even to those who have lost their way. This song was written collaboratively by BenBen and Nick Byron in a classic style reminiscent of their old band Arizona. Nick’s brilliant and sincere musical gifts sparked this particular magic campfire, and Lily Desmond made sure the ship set sail.

 
But who better than BenBen to describe this new release? He shares “‘Leaky Ship’ is about taking time to appreciate the beauty of the world, even when you’re standing on a doomed vessel riddled with holes, taking on water, and surely about to sink.” The track navigates the complexities of human emotion, inviting listeners to delve into the depths of their own hearts and find solace in shared experiences.
