Tell us who you are and how you started making music?
I am a beatmaker from Berlin, Germany (Europe). I started making beats when I was a teenager. I often play drums and piano during school breaks. In 2007, I trained as a beat designer at the German Pop Academy.
What inspires you to write music?
I’m inspired by seeing graffiti and listening to music from different genres (classical, hip-hop, jazz, blues). My favourite producers are DJ Paul & Juicy J (for me the best producers in the music industry).
What is your creative process like?
I like samples on vinyl, tape or CD and process them creatively with my impressions from my life so far.
Can you describe your latest release?
My first and last release is called “Memphis Reloaded (vol.1)”. This instrumental album is a tribute and homage to all these great and talented artists from Memphis, Tennessee (USA). For me, “Memphis” is also the hometown of many music genres.
What are your plans for the future?
In the future, I want to improve my skills and work on new productions. There are a few EPs and more instrumental albums that I am working on.
