That’s how Eyes of Creation (EOC) frontman Dave Eymer sets the tone for their latest track, a heavy-hitting anthem born from real struggle and raw reflection. Based out of Syracuse, NY, this metalcore crew isn’t new to the scene. The members have been shredding together since 2007, first under the name Embrace the Massacre, before evolving into Eyes of Creation. With years of stage experience and a history of opening for giants like Whitechapel, Emmure, and We Came as Romans, these guys know how to command a crowd.
Their newest track, “The Entity,” is a thrashy, melodic, and emotionally charged piece, perfect for those who love to mosh, scream, and feel something real. Inspired by Dave’s own experiences with the darkness inside and around us, the song dives deep into the duality of human nature, that constant tug-of-war between good and evil. As Dave puts it, “Everyone is capable of both wonderful and terrible things. It all just depends on which side you feed.”
