Welcome to the-further! Can you introduce yourself to our readers?
I am a techno music producer from a suburb of Detroit and am also a medical student in the area. I’ve been passionate about music ever since I went to the Movement festival – it was called DEMF then – when I was very young, but I started producing music on my own during my gap year after college.
What inspires you to create music?
I’m inspired to write music because it’s my escape from the other stressful things in my life. I hope that my music can give this gift to others, as well.
Do you have a specific creative process?
My creative process is always evolving but most of my work is done in Ableton itself. I don’t have much gear except a Moog Sub 37.
How would you describe your latest release?
My latest release, Disorder EP on Frameworkxx Records, is hard-hitting and includes some advanced production techniques that I have recently learned. My favorite of the two tracks – Schizophrenic’s Lullaby, is a banger. At least I think so.
What can we expect from you in the future?
For the future, I hope to continue to release continuously and spread my music to new listeners.
