Today, let’s dream thanks to our discovery: the German artist UTE. The singer, who has half of her heart in the USA, is not like anybody else as she offers a new world, a world full of hope and light and dreams.
Her latest single “Happiness together” sets the tone thanks to beautiful and pure melodies that rock our soul and heal our heart. The reassuring vocal performance brings the audience out of reality and for a peaceful and pleasant journey.
It was only right to know more about UTE through a passionate interview.
Welcome to our redaction UTE. Can you introduce yourself to start this interview?
I am Ute and I’m a female singer born in Germany but I left my heart in the USA.
How did you start to make music?
My parents used to listen and dance to many kinds of artists. At the age of 4 years old I started to sing along with the music. From that time on I never stop singing.
Do you have a specific creative process?
To become better and believable in every new song. To stay honest, clear and reliable to my listeners.
What inspires you to write and sing?
People, Animals, and Nature inspire me to write and sing my songs. What happens in my life is reflected in my songs.
Can you tell us more about your single “Happiness Together”?
Happiness Together is a real love song. It is about that once in a lifetime story when you realize that the person right next to you is the one who you want to spend the rest of your life with. No worries about tomorrow or the future. Just saying I do… 🙂
What do you plan for the future?
A documentary called “Ute- Music Makes Me Fly” by Pulsar Records and Mutt Productions will be out pretty soon on Amazon Video. There’s also going to be a soundtrack for that documentary.
Later this year I will release a holiday single called “Santa Is Knocking At My Door”.
