Discovering the incredible Patric Scott

Our best discovery today is from far Patric Scott who made an incredible impression on our redaction thanks to his latest album “Back In the Day”, the definition of music and art in all its glory.

From the first track of the same name to “Deeper”, the record is surprising and unveils a vanguard recipe. Patric Scott has an immense talent for blending genres such as RNB, pop or retro-dance music and knows how to create hits that brings us back to our best life souvenirs.

His voice is unique and makes him stand out in an industry where many artists tend to sound the same. This is a huge asset to reach higher levels in the music world, as he has this tone that makes him recognizable.

“Back In the Day” is arguably the best project from the season, dive into it right now and discover our conversation with Patric Scott below:

Welcome to the-further! Can you tell us who you are and how you started to make music?

My name is Patric Scott, I’m from Switzerland and I’m a singer-songwriter!

I started at a very young age when I was a kid in a choir. I was 4. When I was 12 I got my first record deal and since then I’m in this business … I did also some musicals and was also on tv as an actor

What inspires you to write music?

I love music from the 80ies and 90ies. I’m a big Prince and Michael Jackson Fan.

I think you can hear it also in my music.

Do you have a specific creative process?

I always write songs about my life. So I’ll always have a lot of material 🙂

What is your latest release and how would you describe it?

The latest Single is “Hurricane” (feat. Skulduggz). Hurricane is a funky song and it’s about a break-up when you realize she (or he) is not right for me. But it’s not a heartbreak up moment it’s more like “ok let’s move on”

What can we expect from you in the future?

My tour starts on September 23rd and I’m going also on tour to the US in October.
