KIARA KASTLE TALKS HER EXPERIENCE ON THE SET OF MARTA:

“I had the pleasure of working with Elena Roman on this project. She took her time to rehearse with us and she explained how she wanted it and yet gave us (me and Claudia, the other actress) so much room to play around.Once we started shooting, they wanted to film it all in one take, and I immediately loved the concept.  Ella (the character I played) is the reflection of Marta, me and Claudia are so different from each other that I had to make it believable that I was her or she was me, at the time I was growing my hair out so even just look wise it was drastically different  This confusion the audience is left with was brilliant, the question of “Who is actually the real Marta?”  We were both playing Marta but with different personalities and different points of life. I loved doing the work for her. Working on set, there wasn’t a moment of dullness, Elena had a clear vision of what she wanted so that made my part easy and bringing ideas to the table was smooth and straightforward for all of us involved. “ – Kiara Kastle 2024
