Flocon has just wrapped up the “Maëlstrom” journey with the release of the music video for “Harmonie du soir,” a famous poem by Baudelaire interpreted here as a poignant tribute to grandparents.
The track skillfully blends electronic sounds, romantic piano, and distorted guitars, brought to life by the ethereal voices of Anouk and Léo. The music video, directed by João Delfim, takes viewers on a captivating visual journey from shadow to light, featuring flickering candles and twilight dreams.
Following their self-titled debut EP in 2022, Flocon immerses us in an aquatic musical odyssey with “Maëlstrom,” where each song explores rich and melancholic emotional landscapes.
“Harmonie du soir” concludes the album in an experimental fashion, hinting at exciting new creative paths ahead.
