After leaving an indelible mark on rock history with nine iconic studio albums and more than 30 million records sold worldwide—including 4 million in France—legendary trio Matt Bellamy, Dominic Howard, and Chris Wolstenholme are embarking on a bold new chapter.
Today, Muse releases its highly anticipated new album, The Wow! Signal, a concept record inspired by one of the greatest scientific mysteries of the 20th century: the unexplained 72-second radio signal detected from space in 1977, famously known as the “Wow! Signal.”
The album arrives on the heels of the acclaimed single “Nightshift Superstar,” which marked Muse’s first appearance on NRJ’s playlist since 2018, signaling the band’s triumphant return to mainstream radio.
Adding to the excitement, The Wow! Signal features an exclusive collaboration with Ellie Goulding, bringing together two of the UK’s most distinctive musical forces on one of the album’s standout tracks.
Blending Muse’s signature cinematic rock sound with themes of space exploration, mystery, and the unknown, The Wow! Signal opens an ambitious new era for one of the most influential rock bands of the 21st century.
