Pouvoir Magique Unveils ´Deeper´: A Hypnotic Descent into the Depths of UK Garage from his upcoming album: ‘Cycles’

Pouvoir Magique, visionary electronic artist, is set to unveil his new single “Deeper” on November 22, the second release from his upcoming album Cycles, due out on February 28 under the Jarring Effects label.

Following the success of “Fantastic Child“ and its remix by Paul Seul (of Ascendant Vierge), “Deeper” offers a darker, more complex sound experience—a hypnotic descent with deep bass and powerful distortions, drawing influences from the UK garage and bass music scenes.

The tracks on Cycles form the stages of a true initiatory journey, where the listener gains strength and introspection with each progression. Each step invites them to confront their own demons and emerge stronger, transforming obstacles into essential allies for the journey forward. This adventure is brought to life through music videos, directed and post-produced by Pouvoir Magique himself.

After the prologue “Magic Melody,” symbolising the discovery of his darker sides, and the first single “Fantastic Child” which represents harmony with inner demons, Pouvoir Magique now unveils “Deeper.“

This second single introduces a more challenging level, like a hidden world in a game where the hero must face their greatest fears. Here, the player/listener explores their shadowed depths, confronting buried wounds. It’s a moment to fully embrace those aspects of oneself that have long been suppressed.

The sounds become more intense, symbolising this pivotal phase of directly confronting one’s demons. Yet, a haunting flute, echoing “Fantastic Child,” brings a touch of lightness—a healing item or checkpoint—reminding us that even in the heart of darkness, light guides the way towards redemption.

Pouvoir Magique, the artistic identity of Clément Vincent, is a pioneering music producer and visual artist who combines his conservatory training in electroacoustic music with a cinematic approach honed in Paris film studies. Inspired by the imaginative worlds of Tolkien and Harry Potter, he crafts immersive soundscapes that blend electronic, spiritual, and ethnic elements, creating transformative experiences. His sound is anchored in ancestral rhythms, ritual chants, and dreamlike melodies, with every release enriched by fantastical visuals, from directing to post-production, making his music an evocative journey.

A co-founder of Paris’ Mawimbi label and collective, Pouvoir Magique has collaborated with renowned artists like Fakear, Clozee, and Dope Saint Jude and remixed tracks for Major Lazer, Oumou Sangaré, and Calypso Rose. Now based in Burgundy, he is preparing his debut album Cycles, set for release on February 28, 2025. This project, inspired by Jungian themes of transformation and shadow, takes listeners on a mythic hero’s journey.
