Osofaro: A new storm into the music game

The music industry is ready to welcome a new Storm entitled Osofaro.

The 24-years-old artist stands out for his creativity and his special flow. A track like “Vibe Check” perfectly illustrates our point. Osofaro has his own style and it is refreshing to hear that.

We can feel that the artist has things to say and we wanted to know more about him. Let’s learn about Osofaro in 5 questions:

Welcome, Osofaro! Our team is happy to have you. Can you tell us who you are and how you started the music?

I’m Osofaro, but many know me as Oso1thousand, or Oso1k for short. I was born and raised in Prince Georges County, Maryland. Born to Nigerian immigrants, my influences throughout my life have been a mix of traditional Nigerian and Black American, since Prince Georges County is a predominantly black county. I always knew I wanted to be a musician, but I finally decided to get serious in 2016. I used to freestyle with my friends for fun, and the more I engaged with them, the more I realized I had a talent that I would love to one day share with the world.

We feel like you have a lot to say. What inspires you to write music?

Music has always been able to make me feel good during my lowest of times. I want to be able to be a deacon of light towards those that are lost and need a voice to guide them. The world inspires me. My will to leave a legacy inspires me.

How is your creation process?

I go through my beats on my hard-drive. I say anything that comes to mind, then lock the hook in. Once I have a fire hook its a done deal. I fill in my verses, then ALWAYS revisit the tracks days later to add on to the song or fix any imperfections I may detect.

Can you tell us more about your latest release?

My latest release is a track called All She Wanna Do, produced by my good friend Rvinnc. It’s a party song dedicated to all the beautiful women out there that are blessed with quality assets and dance moves haha. You should check it out, You’ll love it.

Now that 2020 has already started, what are your plan for your carrier?

I plan on taking the music industry by a storm. I have hundreds of songs ready to drop. I plan on dropping a couple more singles throughout 2020, and production for my album is already underway. 2020 is definitely my year.
