Hope you’ve all had a good festive break and Happy New Year to all our readers! After a little break, we’re back with a fresh discovery. He goes by the name of Kalado, and released a banger entitled: “The Produck”.
Shot in some of the most exotic beach locations on the Northern side of Jamaica, the video also unveils sunny rhythm, dancehall haunting vibe, and catchy hook. This is what we call a banger.

Welcome to our redaction Kalado! Can you introduce yourself to our readers and tell us how you started to make music?
I am a Jamaican Reggae/Dancehall recording artist and superstar Kalado, Best known for my hit songs “Bruk foreigner, Personally, Trap whine, Bring Life, Make me Feel, Bad Inna Bed, and “The Produck” Just to name a few. I started music back in early 2008 but My first break out Single came in 2013 with the song entitled “Make me Feel” Then the rest is history Been making hit songs ever since.
What inspires you to create and write?
I am inspired by life in general, The streets of Kingston and Jamaica on a whole has a lot to say and I believe I am the perfect storyteller to tell it, especially for the ones without a voice.
Do you have a specific creative process?
My creative process is simple really, I might hear a riddim from a producer or have a melody in my head then go home think about it, Think about what I wanna say and how I plan to tackle the riddim then go back to the studio vibe for a bit then start the creating process.
Can you tell us about your latest release that we have had the huge pleasure to discover?
My latest project is called ” The Produck” Written by me Kalado, The track is produced by Urban Team and KOG. We recently released the official video on Kalado YouTube and it’s doing well,
We are currently in the early promotional phase of getting the new music and video message out there so the fans can tune in. The video itself was shot on some of the most exotic locations in Jamaica and the ladies performed and look amazing as well so definitely proud of that video it’s for sure a must watch video for 2021! The song itself is also available on all major music platforms so my fans can get it globally.
What are your plans for the future?
The plan for the future is to keep focused on my Brand, keep making top quality music, and taking my career to the next level internationally. My fans can listen out for more great Music, More creative Videos, and More Kalado.
