Welcome to our redaction! Tell us who you are and how you started to music?
Hey ya’ll! It’s ya girl Tally Bandz aka Tally Bando aka The Queen of Baddie music! I’m a rapper, actress and model. I got started in music back in 2017 on accident. I never had plans to be a rapper, but after I made my first song and released it, everyone loved it and it’s just been up since then.
What inspires you to write music?
I just love the whole process of being an artist from getting in the studio vibing out to beats to coming up with concepts and writing out a song. It’s so fun to me. So I guess I would say I inspire myself to write, and I also love making music that my fans enjoy.
-What is your creative process? My process is pretty simple. I like to go to the studio and just listen to a few beats and vibe out, then just come up with a concept and write. That’s when the magic happens and I create something fire every time.
Can you describe your latest release?
My latest release is my third song I have made as an artist and my third release ever. It features a classic hip hop boom bap sound while incorporating lyrics made for this generation’s movement of powerful women taking charge of their love lives and choosing self love over the BS. In other words, it is a catchy tune made for baddies. Once you listen to it, you’re guaranteed to hit the repeat button.
What do you plan for the future?
My plan is to be a top tier artist up there with the greatest of the greats. My next project will be my mixtape, which I plan to release in January 2022. Then I will go on tour from there.
