Welcome Sajjad Musik ! Can you tell us how you started to make music?
First off I would like to thank you for reaching out. Germany and France are 2 places where a lot of support for my craft comes from, so I’m truly grateful for that! I’m on all platforms as SAJJAD MUSIK. I started to make music by family influences as well as realizing the absolute and complete joy it brings me. Truly my happy place.
What inspires you to write music?
THE PEOPLE inspire me to make music! They motivate me! The opportunity to be able to give back. Good and bad times, wins and losses, joy or sorrow. All these things and many more play a part and influence the art.
Can you describe your creative process?
The creative process is almost instant once the beat is played. The instruments speak and withdraw emotions, thoughts and visions. The sounds hit the heart then the mind and from there it’s writing and recording.
A few words about your latest release?
On my latest release “MONEY ON MY MIND” I didn’t take the usual approach to a drill beat. Instead, I decided to deliver in a smoother sense as far as Melodie’s and tone but still have constant wordplay throughout. OUT ON ALL PLATFORMS by the way, so check it out, people!
What do you plan for the future?
Rapid-fire as far as the future. There are A LOT of records in the vault that I’m excited for the listeners to hear. It’s tough staying patient at times knowing what’s in store but I must remain calculated and poise.
